SRINAGAR JUNE(PTK) With the death of 58 year old man from Kokernag at CD hospital on Monday afternoon, the death toll in J&k has reached to 85.
Dr Saleem Tak Medical Superintendent at CD hospital said that a 58 year covid-19 positive patient who was shifted from GMC Anantnag on 19th of June died at CD hospital on Monday afternoon.
He said that patient was on ventilator and was suffering from thyroid and pneumonia.
Earlier a 65 year old male from Pulwama died at SMHS.
Nazir Choudhary Medical Superintendent at SMHS said a 65 year old male from Kakapora area of Pulwama district who was tested positive died at SMHS on Sunday night.
He was suffering from bilateral pneumonia, diabetes and hypertension, he said.
With two more deaths, the death toll in J&K has reached to 85 including 75 from Kashmir division and 10 from Jammu division.
