Police putting all efforts to tackle the violators, Huge number of vehicles carrying passes on Approach

SRINAGAR APRIL  (PTK) Amid lockdown throughout the UT of J&K to avoid The spread of COVID-19. The authorities have already imposed restrictions across the valley.

Defying the orders Several vehicles plying On the National highway are carrying Movement passes on their approach which creates Mess on the National highway

Sources said that police is doing every possible effort to Tackle the Lockdown violators but people are carrying unnecessary movement passes which makes the situation worse on national highway

Taking a serious note of this today early Morning several Checkposts were laid by Executive Magistrate Pattan Zahoor Majid Matoo & SHO Police Station Pattan Mr. Nisar Ahmad at Several Places on national Highway.

During the Checking it was seen that almost every vehicle were holding a movement pass to travel issued by different Magistrates, Due to which people were seen roaming unnecessarily on highway without having any emergency or any duty.

It’s pertinent to mention that Only emergency and essential services are allowed to move on the national highway.(PTK)
