Coronavirus: Friday prayers not allowed across Kashmir

Srinagar, Mar 27 (PTK): Amid rains and tight restrictions imposed, Friday prayers were allowed across south Kashmir in order to avoid spread of covid-19.

Only Muezzin recite Azaan in a single mosque at Khankhai Faiz Panah Dooru and others offered Friday prayers inside homes.

Deployment of Jammu Kashmir Police and Paramilitary forces in front of mosques everywhere halted ways towards mosques so that worshippers couldn’t gather which may cause of spreading risk of infection in mosques.

Mosques close doors to muslim worshippers across valley as preventive measure.

Earlier order was issued by concerned district administration for imposition of section 144 in areas and have appealed to General Public stay indoors as preventive measure.

The streets were deserted no one was allowed to offer Friday prayers inside mosques. It is mention that PM announced Lockdown call on 25th March for across country. (PTK)
