SRINAGAR, (PTK): Government forces on Monday early evening launched a cordon and search operation in Palhallan village of Pattan in North Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports reaching PTK said that joint team of forces that include 29RR of Army, SOG of Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF started search operation in Tantraypora area of Palhallan after inputs about presence of some militants in the area.

Pertinently, it is second CASO in Baramulla district today. The earlier launched CASO in Goigam village of district ended peacefully. (PTK)
