Pulwama attack an “accident” says Congress leader Digvijaya Singh

SRINAGAR, (PTK): Congress leader Digvijaya Singh termed Pulwama attack an “accident” in which 40 CRPF personnel were killed on February 14 this year.

Soon after the attack, Jaish-e-Mohammed militant outfit claimed responsibility for the attack.
