SRINAGAR, (PTK): Recently a pollution report related to pollution has been reported, in which it has been reported that the Gurujram is the most polluted city in the world. This report includes five cities of NCR in Top-10. These cities are Gururgram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Bhiwandi and Noida.
This report, released on Tuesday in Jakarta, has said that around 70 lakh people can die from air pollution in the whole world till next year. Apart from this, the world could lose about $ 225 billion.
According to the report, the situation in South Asia is becoming more disturbing. Last year, 18 of the top 10 polluted cities were from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Delhi is number 11 in this list. On the other hand, Top-5 includes Faisalabad city of Pakistan.
China’s Beijing, which is counted among the most polluted cities at one time, has shown great improvement. It is 122nd in this list. There are only two Chinese cities in this list in the top-20. Their name is Hotan and Kashgar. Both are in North West China. (PTK)
