SRINAGAR, (PTK): Massive clashes between youth and government forces broke out in Tarigam village of Kulgam district in South Kashmir.
Reports reaching PTK said that soon after the news of encounter spread in the area , the youth from Tarigam and adjacent areas came out of homes and started marching towards gunfight site to disturb the anti-militancy operation and started pelting stones on government forces.
The forces tried to disperse the protesters by firing teargas shells . Intense clashes are on in the area while as firing between militants and security forces is going on intensively.
Pertinently, an encounter between militants and government forces has started in Tarigam and it’s believed that two militants are trapped in the area.
