SRINAGAR, FEB 20 (PTK): Renowned scholar and Sufi Poet Mushtaq Ahmad Khan from South Kashmir’s Anantnag District Passed away on Tuesday.
Molana Mushtaq Ahamd Khan was Chief patron of Anjamun Tabgleeg ul Islam J&K. Anjamun Tabgleeg ul Islam is one the first Islamic organization in Valley. He wrote Number of Naat Books.
Molana Mushtaq Ahamd Khan was Renowned in Kashmir Valley for powerful Sermons. He was almost 70 Years old and was ill from long Time. He was Admitted in Skims Hospital Srinagar for Treatment were he breathed his last.
Thousands of people including scholar attend his last Rites. Later he was laid to rest at his native Village Seer Hamdan.
Meanwhile, different scholar from Valley visited Molana Mushtaq Ahamd Khans Native village to rich tributes to the scholar. Molana Hami while paying tributes to Molana Mushtaq Ahmad khan,” It was a big loss for sunni’s and Molana Khan sb was renowned and Big Islamic Preacher of Valley”.
