SRINAGAR, FEB 20 (PTK): Intense clashes erupted between youth and government forces in Soibugh area of Budgam on Wednesday after the news about attack on local boy spread in the area.
According to eyewitnesses, soon after the Zuhr prayers youth came out of homes and started shouting pro-militant and anti-India slogans.
When the forces reached the spot, youth pelted stones upon them.

The forces chased away the youth however they failed. The government forces later resorted with teargas shelling.
The clashes are on in the area.
Earlier, a video went viral in which a youth who was later identified as Javaid Ahmad Khan of Astanpora Suibugh was attacked by a mob. (PTK)
