HYDERABAD: 17-year-old youth attempting to tear the Indian flag near Necklace Road in Hyderabad on Saturday. On seeing the incident, lake police constables who were nearby rushed to the spot and took the teen into Custody.
“The boy looked in a drowsy condition while he was being questioned and gave inconsistent answers about his personal details. It seems from last three months he was undergoing treatment for a psychiatric disorder” Time of India reported. (PTK)
