SRINAGAR, FEB 15 (PTK): A meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) was held in the morning to discuss the militant attacks in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting discussed various issues including action against Pakistan. According to sources, there was talk of changing the governor during this time.
Top Sources from New Delhi confirmed News agency Press Trust of Kashmir that in the CCS meeting, it was considered to replace Governor Satyapal Malik and send a former army officer as the governor
Satyapal Malik was appointed Governor of Jammu and Kashmir on August 21, 2018. During this time, he gave many such statements which led to the misery of the central government.
After dissolution of the Assembly in November last year, it was said that the New Delhi (Central Government) leader of the People’s Conference wanted to see Sajjad Lone as Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. I’m afraid of a transfer. (PTK)
