Mukhtar Waza visits injured Pulwama students at SMHS Hospital

SRINAGAR:  Hurriyat Leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmed Waza along with a party delegation visited SMHS hospital in Srinagar and inquired about the health condition of Injured Pulwama students,who were injured in a mysterious blast that occurred inside a classroom of a private institution in Kakpora area of southern Pulwama district on Wednesday.

Others who were part of the delegation included Nisar Ahmed Rathar, Jafar Kashmiri, Fayaz Ahmed, Riyaz Ahmed, Shabir Ahmed, Bilal Ahmad and Manzoor Ahmad. The delegation on occasion expressed sympathy with the Injured students and prayed for their Speedy recovery.

Mukhtar Waza while speaking on occasion said such incidents have taken place in the past in various places across the Kashmir “killing and seriously injuring the children”.

He said that, “Due to the prevailing level of huge political instability in Kashmir, no citizen feels secure. All this is the direct outcome of the lingering Kashmir dispute

He demanded a high level probe under the supervision of International organisations into the incident.

Meanwhile, Mukhtar Waza has also expressed serious concern and anguish over the killing of a 15-year-old boy Suhail Ahmad Wani in a mysterious blast at Drugmulla, Kupwara. Waza, prayed for the grieved family to bear this irreparable loss. (PTK)
