Kashmir highway remains shut for 7th straight day

Srinagar: The traffic on Kashmir highway was on Tuesday suspended for the seventh straight day due to fresh landslides at Marog in Ramban district even as the previous landslide debris is yet to be cleared.

Reports said that the two fresh landslides have taken place at Marog during the night forcing the closure of highway.

Officials said that the landslides are small and will be cleared soon and traffic would be hopefully allowed to ply from afternoon.
