RAOUF DARAnantnag, (PTK): Four militants were killed in an on-going encounter between government forces and militants at Keelam village in Kulgam district of South Kashmir. Source said that their identification is being ascertained.
Earlier Government Force including 9RR, SOG Kulgam and CRPF launched cordon and search operation in the area after specific input about presence of some militants in the area.
Source said that hiding militants fired upon goverment forces triggering an encounter.
Meanwhile, Authorities has been snapped down internet in Kulgam District as precautionary measures.(PTK).
