SRINAGAR, (PTK): Congress senior leader Mohammad Amin Bhat on Thursday expressed grave concern over the government’s ill-preparedness to tackle the situation that has emerged due to fresh snowfall.
Amin Bhat called for immediate restoration of Utility services like Road, electricity, water Supply.
Amin Bhat said that continuous snowfall has impacted various utility services like drinking water and power, which are needed to be restored on immediate basis in Anantnag and other parts of South Kashmir. He said that health services are defunct in several areas as a result of which ailing people are suffering the most.
He further added that district administration Anantnag should ensure on time clearance of snow from roads & ensure proper availability of basic amenities like power supply, water supply, Ration supply & LPG supply.
When We Contacted R&B Ex Vailoo he said “we have cleared main roads and work on linkroads are underway. Our team is on job to clear all roads till evening”. (PTK)
