SRINAGAR, (PTK): Doctors association Kashmir (DAK) has tacit understanding that national health mission (NHM) employees are backbone of the Health care delivery system in Jammu and Kashmir and their demands are legitimate and genuine. We know the authorities are presenting a rosy picture to government vis a vis functioning of Health department but serious is totally different and painful.
