SRINAGAR, (PTK): Jammu Kashmir Handicapped Association observes world Disability day in town hall Anantnag, today Hundreds of specially disabled people thronged to town-hall to express solidarity with the specially disabled people around globe.
The chief guest of function was Sub judge, District Legal Authority Anantnag, Rafia Hassan while as ADC Anantnag Riyaz Ahmed Sofi and joint Director planning Anantnag, Khursheed Ahamed khatanna were special guests.
President Jammu Kashmir Handicapped Association, Ab. Rashid in the welcome address urged govt to full fill genuine demands of specially disabled people.
The chief guest of function sub judge, Rafia Hassan said we will try our level best to aware physically challenged people about their rights and duties and as such will provide legal assistance to these people.
She encouraged all the specially Disabled people and urged them to take full advantages of schemes meant for them. ADC Anantnag and JD planning also spoke on the occasion.
Prominent among those who were present on the occasion we’re all members of District body Anantnag.
