Police arrest student turned militant Ehtisham Bilal from home

SRINAGAR, (PTK): Police has arrested Ehtisham Bilal who joined militant ranks of ISJK from his home.

Family sources informed that Ahtisham has been detained at Khanyar police station. (PTK)
