Srinagar, (PTK): Peoples Democratic Party Chief Spokesperson Rafi Ahmad Mir on Monday condoled the demise of former chief secretary Muhammad Iqbal Khanday.
The 1978-batch IAS officer passed away late last night at SKIMS Soura.
In his condolence message, Rafi Ahmad Mir termed Mohammad Iqbal Khandey as a visionary person dedicated to public service.
