SRINAGAR, (PTK): A total of 209 votes have been polled in district Srinagar till 11 am in the first phase of Panchayat polls that began early Saturday morning.

As per reports until 11 am 142 males and 67 females cast their vote. The poll percentage stood at 13.44.
