Mukhtar Waza arrested at Dakbanglow Khanabal

Srinagar,27 October (PTK):  Senior Hurriyat Leader and Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza arrested at Dakbanglow Khanbal in Islamabad.

According to Party Spokesman,Mukhtar Waza was arrested by police today morning at Dakbanglow Khanbal along with many party activists and was lodged at police post Khanbal, waza was on way to visit the families of recented martyred youths of Kulgam and Islamabad districts.

Spokesman has strongly condemned the arrest of Party chairman and has termed it sheer political vengeance.

Meanwhile Incarcerated Party chairman Mukhtar Waza has said that 27th of October is blackest day in the history of Kashmir. Spokesman quoted Waza as saying that,It was 27th of October in 1947 when India invaded Kashmir and its troops landed here. They forcibly occupied Jammu and Kashmir and on its 71th anniversary Kashmir people are observing complete shutdown to renew its pledge for getting freedom from Indian Occupation.
