Shutdown continues in south Kashmir for third consecutive day against civilian killings

Srinagar, (PTK): The entire south Kashmir districts of Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama and Shopian is observing a complete shutdown for the third consecutive day today against the Sunday’s civilian killings.

As per reports, all the local shops and other commercial establishments are shut in the area while public transport remained off the roads.

The shutdown is being observed in the backdrop of the killing of seven civilians in a blast at the site of a gunfight in Laroo village of Kulgam district on Sunday, in which three militants were also killed.
