SRINAGAR, (PTK): Bhartiya Janta Party candidate Shiela Koul contesting in one of the wards in Muncipal council Anantnag of south Kashmir secured more than 300 votes, the highest among the rest of the candidates.
While, senior Congress leader Hilal Ahamed Shah, too, emerged as winner from the same constituency.
BJP leaders Rafiq Wani and her wife Romisa also won in their respective ward. (PTK)
