In Kargil independents win 8 wards, 5 go to Congress

Srinagar, (PTK): Independent candidates have won eight wards of Municipal Committee Kargil elections.

Officials said that Congress secured 5 wards. The winners include four women.

The counting for the recently concluded Municipal Committee elections is underway in Jammu and Kashmir. (PTK)
