KARGIL, OCTOBER 19: A training programme for Returning Officers (ROs) and Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) for upcoming Panchayati elections was held here today.
Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Shakar Chiktan, Ghulam Mehdi and Social Welfare Officer, Aga Jamal imparted the training to the poll staff. In the first shift 77 ROs and AROs and in the 2nd one 63 ROs and AROs were given training.
Deputy District Election Officer, Kargil, Nargis Bano and District Panchayat Officer were also present on the occasion.
