Srinagar, (PTK): As the fourth and last phase of the ongoing municipal elections kicked off in Kashmir, Ganderbal municipal committee recorded a turnouit of 617 voters till 11 am Tuesday.
Official sources put the total voter turnout at 7.27 percent.
