SRINAGAR, (PTK): As the fourth and last phase of the ongoing municipal elections kicked off in Kashmir, Ganderbal municipal committee recorded 720 till 01 Pm Tuesday.
Official sources put the total voter turnout at 8.48 percent voting recorded up to 01 pm.
