Srinagar, (PTK): As the fourth and last phase of the ongoing municipal elections kicked off in Kashmir, Ganderbal municipal committee recorded a turnouit of 547 voters till 10 am Tuesday.
Official sources put the total voter turnout at 6.44 percent.
