SRINAGAR, (PTK): The district administration in Kupwara has decided to close all the schools and colleges in the district tomorrow.
“All Govt Educational institutions including Degree Colleges, Private Schools /Colleges in District Kupwara shall remain closed on 15th Of Oct 2018,” an official said.
