SRINAGAR, (PTK): An encounter is underway between militants and security forces in Handwara’s Shartgund Bala since early morning.
According to reports, two to three militants are believed to be trapped. Meanwhile, internet services have been suspended in the area.
Meanwhile authorities closed all the educational institutions in district Kupwara. The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to avoid law and order situation. (PTK)
