Every govt ignored Kashmir: Pak Punjab Governor Muhammad Sarwar

Lahore, (PTK): The Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust (NPT) organised a discussion on India’s Jingoism and Pakistan’s Strategy at the Aiwan-e-Karkunan-e-Tehreek-e-Pakistan on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, Punjab Governor Ch Muhammad Sarwar said the Kashmir Issue has become complex due to negligence on the part of successive governments and an adamant attitude of India.

He slammed the international community for turning a blind eye. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan sent a message of parleys to India like the previous governments in Pakistan but India has been dragging its feet over the matter  He lauded Majid Nizami’s efforts for raising the Kashmir issue.

Former foreign minister Khurshid Kasuri took a swipe at the government of Prime Minister Modi who is trying to deviate peoples’ attention from the French air jets by using Kashmir issue.   He added that Pakistan would retaliate in a befitting manner against any kind of Indian aggression.

Justice (r) Khalilur Rehman said Pakistanis are proud of its brave army that is protecting the ideological and geographical boundaries of Pakistan. Maulana Muhammad Shafi Josh and Secretary General NPT Shahid Rasheed also spoke on the occasion.
