Srinagar, (PTK): Authorities on Thursday imposed curfew like restrictions in the downtown area of Srinagar after a civilian was killed allegedly in forces firing at Noorbagh area of the city.
Mohammad Saleem Malik was killed after forces launched a search operation in the area.

Soon after the incident which took place in wee hours, authorities imposed curfew like restrictions in the areas coming under six police stations of old city “to maintain law and order.”
The internet has also been suspended in Srinagar and adjoining areas. (PTK)
