SRINAGAR, (PTK): Territorial Army_man Was Shot dead on Minady at Shurat village of South Kashmir’s Kulgam.
The identification was Mukhtar Ahmad Malik alias Mukhtar Gola,Residence of Shurat Kulgam. According to source he was Ex ikhwani commander. He had later joined territorial Army.
