SRINAGAR, (PTK): A militant surrendered before security forces in the central Kashmir district of Ganderbal, official sources said here on Thursday.
He said militant identified as Rouf Ahmad Bhat, who had joined militancy five months ago, surrendered before security forces. (PTK)
