Srinagar,Sept 13 (PTK): Senior APHC Leader and Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza arrested and placed under detention.
According to Party spokesman,Police early Thursday morning arrested Waza outside his residence and put him under detention.
Waza was scheduled to leave for Srinagar to attend the program at khanqah e moulah Srinagar organised by itehadul Muslimeen Chief Moulana Abbas Ansari on eve of Youm e Ashoora.
