Srinagar: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) raided the residence of Syed Shakeel Ahmad, and arrested him from Rambagh area of Srinagar, sources said on Thursday.
NIA raided the residence of Shakeel early in the morning they said, adding they conducted searches and arrested him.
