SRINAGAR, AUGUST 29 (PTK): A speedy truck crushed a rickshaw driver to death in Hirri area of Batergam in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday.

Reports said a truck hit the auto rickshaw at Hirri on Trehgam-Kupwara highway at around 6:15 am today, resulting into on-spot death of the rickshaw driver.
The deceased was identified as Amir Rasool Kumar (22), son of Ghulam Rasool Kumar of Dudhwan, Kupwara.
They said a hunt has been launched to nab the absconding truck driver. (PTK)
