BJP youth Wing State Vice president resigns 

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 29 (PTK): BJP youth Wing State Vice  president Srinagar Bilal Paray resigned from the BJP party.  The killing of a Bharatiya Janta Party worker on Eid in Pulwama district of south Kashmir’s Pulawama by suspected militants has forced many party workers to move temporarily from the party as threat created among the BJP workers across kashmir.

Bilal Paray was associated with the party for the last many years and was taking part of so many occasional events and party meetings in Kashmir. Paray did not elaborate further about his resignations but confess that he is resigned from the party. Feeling threatened by the killing of Bhat, many BJP activists have fled from the district of south Kashmir after eid. Besides threat Paray said he is resigning from the party on the defend of article 35 A in Jammu and Kashmir state.

He further added that more People will resign from the party but did not share the exact details of those people in public ally who want to resign from the BJP. For last two days several videos have gone viral on social media in which few political workers offer to resign and apologise for their association with mainstream political parties.

Earlier unknown gunmen attacked the house of a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader in Tral during last night. An official said that house of BJP leader Avtaar Singh was attacked by gunmen late Tuesday night in Monghama village of Tral.

He said Singh was not at his home at the time of the attack. He is currently putting up in Srinagar, an official said.  (PTK)
