SRINAGAR, AUGUST 11 (PTK): Jio subscribers in South Kashmir are up in arms against the Reliance group for failing to provide the better service as promised in the Advertisement.
Residents of Uranhall Bungam, Adder, Guree, Donipora and it’s adjacent villages of the area have complained that they are irked by the services provided by Jio.
“E-learning being the latest wave of education in world but here in Kashmir students are facing acute network/communication problems which need to be solved through proper initiatives”Mufeed Gulzar” told PTK
“The common problems are weak signal which is important to solve through proper initiative as soon as possible” they added
According to the subscribers using Jio services, they can’t use the services especially Internet which remains disconnected as well as Speed is very low in 4G World in most of the time.
Subscribers have threatened to start a campaign against the Reliance group which they said is their right.
Locals have appealed to Jio Officals to take the issue on Serious basis and solve our demand Urgently. (PTK)
