In a statement issued Khanday expressed serious concern over the killing of Bilal Ahmad Khan and strongly condemned the incident, emphasizing the Forces to exercise maximum restraint while dealing with law and order situation. The safety of civilian should of a paramount importance for the Government, he said.
He offered deepest condolences to bereaved family of Bilal Ahmad Khan and sympathized with them. (PTK)
