Srinagar, (PTK): Hope Youth Foundation expresses serious anger on the way RP school vice principal has beaten up a student. While speaking on this issue Founder Raqif Makhdoomi said beating student this way is not acceptable at any cost.
Raqif makhdoomi said the Principal must immediately suspend Vice principal and pass strict orders banning such type of behavior with studentd. He said the student had marks all over his body and fainted as soon as he reached home. He even wasn’t able to speak.
