SRINAGAR, JULY 24 (PTK): On the directions of Anti-Corruption Court, Vigilance Organization Kashmir today registered case FIR No. 26/2018 & 27/2018 U/S 5(1) (d) r/w 5(2) P.C act Samvata 2006 and Section 468,471, 120-B RPC the then lower subordinate officials of Anti- Corruption Court Srinagar who by abuse of their official positions and breach of trust to confer undue benefit upon the beneficiaries ( accused public servants facing trail) with the objective to facilitate their exit from the criminal charges have tampered in statement of PW-1 Mohammad Maqbool Lone recorded on 02-05-2017 in case State Vs Mohammad Maqbool Shakir and statement of PWs 1 and 2 namely Basharat Ahmad Wani and Shafiq Ahmad Qadri recorded in Case State Vs Mohammad Ramzan Nadaaf.
Vigilance in a statement said that the act of the public servants amounts to criminal misconduct under the sections , 5(1) (d) r/w 5(2) P.C act Samvat 2006 and Section 468,471, 120-B RPC thus case FIR No. 26/2018 & 27/2018 were accordingly registered and further investigation taken up. (PTK)
