1. Doves in the sky, melody of national anthem in the air, joy in the hearts and smiles on the faces presented a perfect setting for the participants in the *’Run for Peace & Unity’*- *Half Marathon* conducted by Shahgund Army Camp on 22 Jul 18.
2. Over 350 participants including young students from different educational institutions and bodies took part in the event who carried with them the message of peace, love, friendship & harmony and were cheered through out the route by large crowd.
3. The run culminated with prize distribution and informal interaction with the youth.
4. The aim of organising this event was to commemorate the national unity, integration and brotherhood amongst each other.
