SRINAGAR, (PTK): State General Secretary of Pradesh Congress Committee and MLA Bandipora Usman Majid Conducted a public darbar at Bandipora here Continuously on Fourth Straight day where various deputations and People in large Number from different villages of Bandipora called on him.
Sarpanchs, Panchs, besides public in general participated in large number and apprised about the difficulties and problems regarding acute shortage of drinking water, developmental works, erratic power supply, road connectivity, inadequate health facilities and shortage of staff particularly in the Health and Education Departments. They demanded for early installation of electric poles and transformers.
While interacting with these delegations, MLA Bandipora Usman Majid informed that I am leaving no stone unturned so that common man can take a sigh of relief. He also briefed these delegations about various new schemes, which can help in addressing the concerns which were raised by them.
Later he assured all the delegations and People that based on various discussions and inputs received by him, he will take up these issues with the concerned senior Government functionaries.
Majid also thanked these delegations for various inputs which were very valuable in designing future developmental initiatives in various areas of Bandipora Constituency. (PTK)
