SRINAGAR, July 06: To pay homage to Constable Javaid Ahmad Dar who was kidnapped and killed by militants, a wreath laying ceremony was held at District Police Lines Shopian.
SSP Shopian Sandeep Choudhary IPS led the Police officers and jawans in laying the floral tributes on the mortal remains of the martyr.
