SRINAGAR, JULY 06 (PTK): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb responded to a question on the government’s plan to stop mob lynching incidents in the state by saying he is “so happy”.

He also said, “There is a wave of joy in Tripura and you should also enjoy this wave. You should also become happy. Look at my face…I am so happy”.
Chief Minister, however, later went on to clarify that he has been misquoted and that his comment was in context to the Agartala airport, which has recently been named as Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Kishore Airport, after the former king. (PTK)
