Pays glowing tributes to Anchidora Martyrs on 8th Martyrdom Anniversary
Srinagar,June 29(PTK) : Hurriyat leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL), Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, has said that Kashmir is a political dispute and should be resolved politically in accordance with aspirations of Kashmiri people.
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza addressing a public gathering in Wangoum area of Kokernag in South Kashmir said that people of Kashmir had given unprecedented sacrifices for Kashmir cause,which would not be allowed to go waste.
He said that Kashmir was an internationally recognized dispute and its peaceful settlement was pre-requisite for bringing progress and prosperity in the region.
Meanwhile Mukhtar waza Paid Glorious tributes to Anchidora Islamabad Martyrs namely Shujaat-ul-Islam, 17, Ishtiyaq Ahmad Khanday, 15, and Imtiyaz Ahmad Itoo, 17 on their 8th Martyrdom Anniversary.Trio,were reportedly shot at by Forces in the compound of a house when they were chasing protesters in Anchidora locality of the town on 29 June 2010. Three other persons received bullet injuries in the incident(PTK)
Paying tributes to Martyrs Mukhtar waza said,Kashmiri youth are spilling their blood for the cause of freedom and self-determination.
