SRINAGAR, JUNE 13 (PTK): Saying that Kashmir issue remains the main hurdle between Indo Pak countries Senior Hurriyat leader and Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Leauge Mukhtar Ahmad Waza on Wednesday made it clear that unless and until this issue is not solved as per the aspirations of Kashmiri people ,peace in South Asia will remain a far fetched Dream.
Waza Under its Public mass contact Programme while addressing different Public delegations in Islamabad, said without inducting genuine Kashmiri leadership in the talks, the process would become meaningless.
“By fulfilling its promises and obligations towards the people of Jammu and Kashmir, we understand the universal principle of ‘right to self-determination’ is the only road through which peace can be achieved in Jammu and Kashmir” added waza.
Waza while expressing his serious concern about plight of Kashmiri detainees has demanded the release of All political prisoners languishing in different jails of Jammu and Kashmir and outside states.So,that they can celebrate Eid with their families. (PTK)
