SRUNAGAR (PTK).Continuing the drive against contraband cultivation, Anantnag police has destroyed poppy spread on 45 Kanals of land in the jurisdiction of Police Station Larnoo.

On the directions of SSP Anantnag Altaf Ahmad Khan, a police party headed by SHO Police Station Larnoo Jazib Bhat conducted a drive against the contraband cultivation of poppy.
During the drive, poppy spread on 45 kanals of land has been destroyed by the police party at larnoo and in adjusant villages of Larnoo.
The drive was highly appreciated by general public of area(PTK).
