Tral town observes Shutdown for Day-2

SRINAGAR | NOV 22 (PTK): Tral township and its adjacent areas in Pulwama district on Wednesday continued shutdown for the second consecutive day to mourn the killing of Hizb militant Adil Ahmad Chopan.

All Shops and business establishments were closed and traffic was off the roads. Reports said work in government offices; banks and educational institutions were also affected. Chopan was killed in a gunfight with government forces in Jageer area of the township on Monday. (PTK)
